Timeline
From explorations to final designs in 2 weeks.
Contribution
As the sole designer, I am tasked with analyzing, gathering requirements, and proficiently executing the wireframing, prototyping processes for the bakery app, and testing.
This category details the step-by-step approach taken during the project, including research, planning, design, development, testing, and optimization phases.
Research & Analysis
In this, step I conducted user interviews to understand the pain points and needs of bakery customers.
Objective
In place of traditional user interviews, I turned to the valuable source of user feedback and insights from the bakery app's user reviews on the App Store. This approach allowed us to gain a deeper understanding of the pain points and needs of the app's user base.
Approach
1. Data Collection
I collected and analyzed a substantial sample of user reviews and ratings for the bakery app available on the App Store. This provided a diverse range of feedback from actual users.
2. Review Analysis
I systematically reviewed the content of the user feedback, paying special attention to recurring themes, common pain points, and suggestions for improvements.
Impact
Analyzing user reviews proved to be a valuable source of insights that guided our redesign decisions. The findings from these reviews served as a foundation for addressing user pain points and enhancing the overall user experience of the bakery app.
